KITT PEAK NATIONAL OBSERVATORY CRUISE EVENT FEB. 23, 2013
Our Viper Club cruise went to Cindy Lou's II, in Tucson for lunch. It was a cool place with great burgers. We cruised the windy uphill road to Kitt Peak. We toured the 2.1m telescope and found snow at the 6,875 elevation. Then we cruised the backroads to Eva's mexican restaurant in Casa Grande for dinner. It was wonderful to have Gus and Gail Pabecas from the Illinios club join us on the cruise. Also would like to thank Lon Huer for his help with this event.
